Will you do a detailed inspection on site?

Yes, a whole-home inspection will be completed and includes photos and a quote that is good for 30 days.

How can I tell if there are bats living in my home?

You may see bat droppings, urine staining, notice a strong ammonia smell, and/or hear squeaking in your attic or walls. If you think you have bats, you probably do.

Do you pick up dead animals?

Yes, we will remove deer and other wildlife for a set fee. We do not remove domestic animals.

Do you provide restoration services?

No, but we may recommend a restoration service company to you if we feel that one is required.

How much are your services?
