BAT EXCLUSION DEFINED:

When a home is put into Exclusion: Even though you are now in exclusion, you can expect bats to fly around and even roost around your home as they are trying to find a way back in. After a few days they will find a new place to call home. If you are still hearing noises inside after 3 to 5 days, please call immediately so we can investigate the issue.

WHEN THE EXCLUSION TUBES ARE REMOVED:

The bats have now had sufficient time to leave and find a new place to reside. Your home is now rodent free and sealed up! We recommend that you take advantage of (if you haven’t already) the Limited Lifetime Guarantee; $110 Annual Inspection as homes are always being visited by rodents who can chew through most building materials and any new construction, or damage to the home can allow nuisance animals to find an opening.
